Football is football, whether it is played by women or men.

With the 360° campaign #NotWomensFootball, we wanted to make a clear statement on behalf of Volkswagen during the UEFA Women's EURO 2022™ and continue to push the issue of equality. A deliberately provocative claim, which on the one hand should lead to discussions - but above all to a rethink.

Already at the start of the campaign with the opening match at Old Trafford, the claim was a topic at ARD, motivating them to also set an example and remove the "Women's" from their logo. The hashtag also generated a lot of buzz on Twitter.
